A Message Regarding the Reopening of our Lobbies

Lobbies are now open at all three FirstState Bank locations during our regular business hours. If you visit one of our lobbies, you will notice that we have taken precautions to encourage social distancing. We have also adopted more stringent cleaning protocols in our branches.
Unless visitors have a specific need to come in the lobby, however, we are still encouraging use of our drive-through lanes, and of course customers have 24-hour access to Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, Internet Banking, and Telephone Banking.
We appreciate your patience as we seek to serve and protect our customers and employees as best we can.
Below are alternate ways you may access your accounts with FirstState Bank:
1. Take advantage of Internet Banking: You may access your account on your computer (or mobile device) at www.firststatebank.bank
2. Enjoy the convenience of Mobile Banking: If you’re already registered for Internet Banking, you may download our mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store. (Check the logo to ensure you have the correct FirstState Bank.)
a. Mobile Deposit is now available for your convenience. This service is available to Mobile Banking customers, allowing you to deposit checks using your mobile device.
3. Use Telephone Banking: 24x7 Telephone Banking is available by dialing 256-396-6915 (or toll-free at 866-396-6915).
